Long-time Board member and former McDonald’s executive brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to vital leadership role

RMHC Toronto is pleased to announce the appointment of Victor (Vic) Rocca as Interim CEO. Vic has been a Board member of RMHC Toronto for seven years and previously served on the Board of RMHC South Central Ontario. He was first introduced to RMHC’s mission through McDonald’s Canada, where he worked as an executive for 14 years.

Vic will provide transitional leadership to RMHC Toronto while supporting our search for a permanent CEO, and then will return to his role as a Board member.

Vic brings a wealth of experience delivering impactful business results in leadership roles in Operations, Finance, and Real Estate Development for national organizations. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BBA (Hons.) from Brock University.

Known as a leader who believes in collaboration, communication, and creative thinking, Vic’s focus is on inspiring and unlocking the potential of teams. He is acknowledged as a respected business partner and communicator with an exceptional ability to engage diverse groups and guide stakeholders through transformational change while making a positive impact on the business and its people.

As a family man with two children of his own, Vic’s work with RMHC is particularly meaningful. “I have the deepest sympathy for the challenges that families face when their children require medical attention,” he says, “and I am honoured to be able to play some small part in helping them get through such a difficult time.”

As Interim CEO, Vic looks forward to working with the team at RMHC Toronto to provide strategic leadership and guidance as we fulfill our mission—ensuring both our current and future success as we prepare to expand our mission to serve even more families.
